How we use it

Email addresses are used solely to send the newsletter you signed up for. Analytics help us understand which topics resonate so we can make better videos. We never sell your data.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and our newsletter runs on an email service provider. When you interact with those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You may also request that we delete your email address from our list.
